Stephanie Affentranger
Stephanie is a BISM representative. She has been on the foundation board for 2 years. Prior to this she was involved with the Parents' Association for many years, representing it as the chair of the PA presidium for 3 years prior to being elected to the foundation board.
Background
Stephanie works in finance and is currently a senior financial controller for a multi-national company. Previously, she has worked in finance and HR for large Swiss companies and also has board experience.

"I have been the chair of the PA for three years and have spent the last two years in the foundation board. Having a good insight into the schools (especially into the International School) and the needs of the many students. With my extensive financial background and knowledge I can contribute and support the Foundation in all related matters and questions to secure long term stability and financial health.
I constantly want to do things better and therefore also challenge old ways of working and thinking. The internal and external communication of the foundation needs to be improved a lot - it has to become much more transparent and open. The stakeholder management also needs to be improved to secure long lasting relationships.
I want to have a financially stable school that supports the students in the best possible way and parents who trust the schools and feel proud to have their kids there."
